CNC Profile Cutting
This group of processes involves the use of concentrated cutting beams to primarily form 2 Dimensional Profiles. However, the technology is also applied in the cutting of 3 Dimensional stock materials such as sections, pipes and tubes.
It is also possible to create 3 Dimensional Geometry from conventional flat plate, with the introduction of a third of "Tilting" axis - enabling the introduction of angled cuts on the edges of plate materials.
Profiling is typically used as a stock forming process for further processing such as welding, fabrication or machining.
