CNC Water Jet Cutting

This process involves cutting of plate, tube, pipe and section using a concentrated Water Jet that is CNC controlled – machines may be multi-head for increased production rate or just a single Water Jet cutting head.

The technology can be applied in a simple 2 Dimensional manner, for creation of basic 2 dimensional profiles from plate materials. In more advanced arrangements application of a 3rd and in some cases 4th axis means 3 Dimensional shapes can be cut, with both straight  and angled  edges.
