CNC Punching

CNC Punching is a sheet material manufacturing process that uses a Punch or Die to shear materials on a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine to create 2D Profiles.

The die can form a shape with a single shear, or multiple progressive shearing actions across the surface of the sheet material.

Punching allows a high degree of design flexibility for a profile, as different dies can be used to achieve different shearing and punching effects.
