Heavy Pipe & Section Bending

This process category encompasses the Bending of Heavy Tube, Pipe and Section profile material.

There are many methods of manipulation and bending that are encompassed in this category, including the use of rollers, mandrel bending machines and bespoke formers.

This category covers material diameters from 75mm and above, and/or a wall thicknesses of greater than 3mm (typically). Capabilities of individual machinery may vary within this range.

Volumes processed are typically lower, as the applications are mainly more industrial or structural.
