Sheet Metal Rolling
The Sheet Metal Rolling process encompasses the processing of sheet metal, typically less than 6mm in thickness to create curved forms by applying pressure through rollers.
The Sheet Metal Blank or Sheet is fed into the rollers which are rotated whilst applying pressure.
The process is used to produce cylindrical and conical forms.
Similar forms can be achieved using "Sheet Metal Press Braking", however this is a lot more labour intensive as it requires multiple "bends" applied across the surface of the sheet metal.
