Runfold Plastics is the leading custom dip moulding specialist. With almost 40 years of dip moulding experience we provide industry with knowledge, expertise and quality. With our in-house design and tooling capability we provide our customers with low tooling costs and fast lead time market entry for new products. Tooling costs can be typically up to one tenth for comparable profile by the injection moulding process. We have a comprehensive range of standard tooling to suit applications within the automotive, metalworking, surface treatment, general engineering, medical, aerospace, medical device, sports equipment and many others. Runfold Plastics is accredited to ISO 9001 2008 and ISO 13485 (assembly of medical devices), providing medical device manufacture in our White Room and Class 7 Cleanrooms. We also offer device assembly and accessories. We have a range of grades and finishes available for applications across various industries.

We have a wide range of towball covers for the towbar market. All covers are made from flexible grades of PVC with a range of shore hardnesses to suit the application. We have an in-house printing operation so your company logo can be printed on to the product. Additional products available for this market are protection caps, sleeves for cycle carriers, custom hitch lock covers, towing hitch locks and wheel nut covers. CAPS FOR PROTECTION Runfold Plastics has been supplying dip moulded products for over 30 years. We have a comprehensive range of standard tooling to suit a variety of applications. Protection caps can be used in paint spraying applications, tube covers, pipe capping, for machine paint finishing applications, transit protection, road signage caps and automotive caps for final assembly. INDUSTRIAL DIP MOULDING Runfold Plastics works with companies to provide solutions across a range of industries and applications. Bellows & Gaiters For a number of years, using PVC dip moulding we have provided the unique solution of rubber bellows and gaiters. Applications vary from automotive, off road vehicles through to specialised equipment. Crash Barrier End Caps and Covers We manufacture the complete range of crash barrier end caps / covers including the I beam, Z cap and fin type. The end caps are available in various lengths; 125 mm, 240 mm and 320 mm, we can also dip mould to your specific requirements. PVC Coating Runfold Plastics has the unique capability of over coating metal work providing a thick durable coating. Applications include PVC lead blocks and electrical tools for living working.
