The technical expertise of Bolton Plastic Components Ltd and continuous investment in the latest CAD and Multi-Axis machine technology has placed Bolton Plastics at the leading edge of technical plastic blow moulding design and manufacture.   A member of the privately owned Purico Group, significant growth has seen the addition of new manufacturing units, and a warehousing and distribution centre, together totalling 18,000m² of covered floor space.   Together with our sister company, Bettix Limited, the Bolton site has 42 plastic blow moulding machines and 8 injection moulding machines, employing 350 highly trained personnel. Bolton Plastic Components Ltd. specialise in the design and manufacture of windscreen washer bottle systems and components, ranging from the blow moulded bottle, up to full windscreen washer system assemblies with associated pumps, harnesses, caps and tubing.

 

Mounting positions are a key element in the design of windscreen washer bottle systems.  The strength and robustness of windscreen washer bottles and their mountings is critical due to fluid weight and harsh operating environment.

 

Windscreen washer bottle systems are invariably constrained by available under-bonnet 'packaging space'.  Bolton Plastics provide an experienced, innovative, cost effective and state of the art approach in the detailed design of windscreen washer bottles and systems.  A combination of the detailed assessment of the limited space available and the extensive range of manufacturing techniques provided by Bolton Plastics, together with thorough feasibility and cost studies, allows the development of optimum solutions for the manufacture of windscreen washer bottles and systems.
