shaping-manufacturing-processes > End-feed Centreless Grinding

End-feed as suggested by the name, involves the feeding of components or bars between the grinding wheels, from one end.

Unlike Through-Feed, the component enters, and exits the machine from the same end.

It is possible to End-feed Centreless Grind Multi-Diameter Shafts, where the smaller diameters are at each end, Tapers and some Profile Forms.

For more complex forms, shapes, and multi-diameter shafts which have undercut in their form, see "In-Feed Centreless Grinding".
