Pultrusion is a highly automated process that can produce rods, beams and tubing with superior structural properties.

Two or more strands of Continuous fibres are impregnated in a resin bath, the fibres are then pulled through a series of heated metal dies, the dies gradually give the component its final shape whilst the heat rapidly cures the resin.
