This section encompasses the methods of Photographic Inspection used in a manufacturing environment to assess the quality of a part during an inspection.
In situations where access is difficult or dangerous, it can be beneficial to capture high-quality imagery and make an assessment on the quality of a part based on this.
Photographic Inspection can also be used to gain input from various sources without them all needing to physically see the part, and can be used to monitor degradation or changes to a part over an extended period of time.
