This section encompasses the non-destructive inspection method based around Phased Array Ultrasonics.

Phased Array Inspection uses a beam made of multiple small elements. The timing of the pulses emitted from these can be controlled individually, which allows a part to be scanned without physically moving the probe.

Applications where Phased Array Inspection are used include weld and corrosion inspection, material thickness measuring and defect detection.
