Wet Spray Painting is a fast and efficient process which applies liquid coat onto a prepared surface.
This process is a traditional surface coating method, which is typically applied by a spraying action. Wet Spray Painting is particularly suited to components which cannot be heated, as the process does not require heat for the paint to cure. Additionally, the process is good for use on complex components.
In some situations, the process can be performed on-site, meaning the cost and complexities involved in transportation of components are removed. This allows the Wet Spray Painting to be utilised on heavy or immovable objects, providing them with enhanced surface protection and improved aesthetic appearance.
Advantages of Wet Spray Painting include the wide range of colours available and the ability to apply the finish on a multitude of materials. The process is cost effective and economic for small quantities, and produces a thinner thickness layer than Powder Coating.
