Vibratory & Tumble Deburring is a process for removing sharp edges and burrs using abrasive media.

For this process, the components are placed into a vibratory machine along with abrasive media, and the machine either vibrates or rotates. The abrasive media rubs against the component and removes any burrs.

Vibratory & Tumble Deburring is ideally suited to delicate components which require safe handling. Also, the process is suited to volume or continuous production, as multiple components can be deburred at the same time.

This process provides a light deburring action, which makes it ideal for delicate components. Depending on requirements, different abrasive media and fluid can be used in this process to achieve a range of polished effects.
