Powder Coating is an extremely popular dry finishing process which provides a high quality, durable finish to components.

There are two techniques for performing Powder Coating; either the powdered paint is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the component, or the component is placed into a fluidised bed of the powder. After this, the component is then heated to allow the powdered paint to cure.

Powder Coating can be applied to both metallic and non-metallic substrates and offers a more durable finish than liquid paint. Additionally, Powder Coating offers an attractive appearance, and keeps its quality with minimal degradation over time.
